Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Cancellation

Order Cancellation:
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. -
Order Adjustment:
If your order has not yet shipped, we offer an order adjustment service. For any changes, please email us at hello@amourxxx.com as long as the order has not been dispatched.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
Return Options
Non-Returnable Items:
For the safety and hygiene of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Opened or used products.
- Items without original packaging and intact seals.
- Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance."
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain health and personal care items.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For quality-related issues, return shipping costs are refundable.
- Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Resend Options
We are happy to resend items under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Received:
If we shipped the wrong item, we will resend the correct product to you. -
Damaged Items Due to Transportation:
If items are damaged during transit, we can send a replacement product. However, you may need to cover a portion of the shipping cost.
Refunds

Approved Refunds:
